Thank you to all who were involved in obtaining the fish, picking them up and holding them till meeting, and for running the meeting and auction last night. It's nice to get away from the malawi stuff and see some great tanganyikans especially come in.

There is usually just one bag of each species of fish, a few have two bags. The fish are sold in groups that if you win the group it should be enough for a breeding group. Most young groups have six, seven or eight fish in each bag with seven being the most common.

Most of the fish are young except the wild groups.

Are this mostly bags of several fish or single fish? Or how many are in a bag on average? Also is there just one bag of what's on the list or will there be multiple bags?

Yes there is a BAP auction too, as well as if you have extra fish to sell or donate. If you bring a bag of fish to auction, the club does take a percentage.
I for one am glad that there isn't a lot of new world cichlids on this list. I do not have the tank space and I can't stop myself from bidding on new worlds.

Decent list, Only 1 that I'll be chasing though due to lack of tank space.

Just a question, BAP turn in allowed at the meeting as well correct?

I would need a tank, first.
Rather, I would need to set up a tank. I have plenty of tanks in storage.

Time is what i need. Taking down my fishroom was one of the best decisions I ever made.

The following fish will challenge any fish keeper. All very cool.

If you can - buy every pin stripe damba - they are a great schooling fish.
