I have nice group of four Champsochromis Caeruleus - with one large male (about 10 inches), one large female (about 9 inches) and two smaller females about 6 to 7 inches.
The large female dropped her breeding tubes about two or three months ago when the male started to show his colors.
They are in 120 gallon - 60 x 18 x 26inch tank heavily filtered and 80% weekly water changes.
Any suggestions to trigger them into spawning, thoughts on trying frozen silversides.
Currently I feed them NLS, Freeze dried plankton, frozen krill and frozen brine shrimp.
Unfortunately it is my show tank and they don't get much privacy - they are easily spooked if I carry something large next to the tank.
I am probably just lacking patience (thats what happens when you are a bap pimp)
