I feed them twice a day.
Ken's Tropheus Lovers Flake in the am and HBH Cichlid Flake Frenzy in the pm.
I can bring both to a meeting for you if your interested.

When I was spawning Mbuna they got nothing specific. NLS, random flake, and occasionally some veggie wafers. They spawned regularly.

Ok so Aulonocara's, tangs, haps all breed well in my tanks (just jinxed that).

But Mbuna's seem to be relatively painfully slow to breed.

I dont condition the mbuna's like the aulonocara's or tang's because of fear of bloat.

What are easy yet better ways to condition the mbuna's as it relates to food.

Again my question is mostly on the food subject?
