My initial interest was becuz my albino metriclima graesaki was not eating.  He was raised on tetra cichlid pellets.  I occasionally gave him frozen cichlid delight but now he is refusing to eat. That is he will now only eat the frozen treats.  I know he can't have a lot of that or he will develop bloat. I have tried frozen peas , romaine lettuce.  he dosent seem to be sick he still rushes the glass whenever he sees me. He isn't lethargic, he's very active I don't see any stringy waste. Everything is normal outside of him not eating.  He did seem a little aggitated with his tankmates which was 2 chinese algae eaters I recently got rid of those and changed from gravel to sand. He is moving sand all over the place even spitting it into my intake  of the filter.  He seems more agitated than anything he is also exhibiting spawning behavior I call it the electric shock but HE IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE TANK outside of the new bushynose pleco.  I also bought some Spectrum Thera lg fish formula pellets he spits it out tooo.  The only thing he will eat is the frozen treats.  I mean the last time he ate anything was on Tuesday.. and it has been going on for at least 3 weeks like this He has only eaten 4 times total in the last 3 weeks so I am at my wits end on what to do.    Anyways .... I thought I would give it a try.....ANY and ALL suggestions are welcome.

Home made food seems easy, is probably cheaper, most likely it is better for the fish.....

But pellets / flakes and frozed are SO EASY!

In the How-to section there is a vitamin called HW Multi-vitamin shown in the instructions of Tropheus/Mbuna food. I am trying to locate this specific brand or the equivalent. ??? I have purchased all of my other ingredients but cannot find ANY liquid aquarium vitamins. Does anyone know what HW stands for? Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where or an equivalent liquid vitamin? I am in the Bolingbrook area.

Thanks
