There is a guy named Justin who lives in Algonquin; he has a decent selection of quality African cichlids. He comes to a lot of the swaps and always has healthy fish. And he's a genuinely nice guy. I think he sells most of the fish for $5 per inch. So fry and young juveniles will be cheapest, but he has some nice bigger fish too. He specializes in Malawians and Victorians.
