There is an apistogramma found in the Rio Xingu....I don't know if it likes the hot, turbulent water.

Not checked for facts.

Am doing something against many advices from zebra pleco people and not do a species only tank though as I'm thinking about setting up a 26gal flatback hex into a biotope of some type and put in powerheads for current of the deep parts of the river where they're found and was wondering if there were any dwarfs in those type of waters that like high temps like those zebras and LOVES the current as well too (I'm going to do some dead zones too)

Just had to wonder and see if I could do a dwarf cichlid species in that tank as my other tanks are already spoken for by other dwarf species
