Convicts will tear each other up, especially if they aren't 'paired'.

I read in another thread your female is 2" and the male is 1".... you might have a dead male soon.  I would keep several convicts together to spread the agression a bit until you have an obvious pair, then sell/give away the others.

ok i got the male convict home. i went to a softball game at 5:30 pm an came back at 9:30 pm a noticed that the male has some fin nipping off his tail. is it normal for a little fin nipping from females an males?
