I believe there is a fish called the cupido. it is a geophagus and similar to a bolivian ram in max size and temperament. they are not extremely colorful as adults but very attractive. more classy than flamboyant.

Time will tell what species of Geophagus it is.  Surnamensis used to be a catch all species name that had 6-10 species imported under that name.  They have since been I.D.ed and given proper species status.  The trick is telling young fish apart though.

How many of them do you have?

Too many fish?  Never.  Not enough tanks?  Always!

Thanks Jeff, after a bit more digging I had it down to 3 and the one you mentioned was in the group of canidates, so I am going go with surnamensis

A better picture is needed but it looks like a Geophagus of some sort.  Something in the surnamensis complex.
