Wow, and here all along I thought it was I-80 before I fell off the edge and have to yell, Geronimo! But then again I consider anything north of I-90 Wisconson.

You go that far? I don't go south of Lake Cook unless there are fish topics to handle, or pick up......

I was up at Animal Island over the weekend (route 50 & 144 st) great place. He just got in some very large gymgeo balzani I think there was three pairs males about 5"+ tails a little nipped-up but overal nice fish, also he had Geo altifons about 15 or so between 6 & 4" very nice. Great selection of cichlids, both new and old world. Small space but he does have the best selection of cichlids.

I must have been thinking of Aquatica. They have a shark pond in the front of the store. Everyone always says animal Island is awesome, but i have never had a chance to get there.

Capture the Sea is about 50/50 salt and fresh. Aquatica used to be only Salt and Pond but now have expanded into fresh with emphasis still on salt. IMO Animal Island in Midlothian is the best around and its all fresh with emphasis on new and old world cichlids and predatory fish (Aro's, Bicher's etc. etc. ) with some basic community types thrown in there. They often have big fish as well because of their trade in program.

If memory serves me right, capture the sea is salt water only. If it is the same place I am thinking of.
