Iranocichla Update and a few others was created by Mullet
I walked into the fishroom last night and the dominant Iranocichla was a dark gray color. Up to this point they have always been an off white color. In addition, the dominant fish has also started to develop some speckling in his body and fins.
This is one of the smaller one's. I am hoping this is a female. One of the differences in the male and female is the elongation of the head and you can see the difference between these two individuals
Some other stuff from the photo session last night
A couple of pictures here. Notice the development of the hump on the head.

This isn't the greatest picture, but it does a nice job of showing the brilliance of the female Benitochromis finnage vs the male below
