Last time I had to go to the internet to find it. I think I found it on ebay. It's not a common thing to find in a retail store. It falls more under the heading of industrial supplies. I first learned about it while working for a company that built lots of aftermarket lights for Harley. We used it to weld acrylic lenes together.

Weldon makes a whole line of products for chemically welding plastics together. Weldon 3 is good for fixing cracks as it is almost water like and will work into the crack. They also make another product that is more gell like that I think might be better for your application. I think the gel is Weldon 6 but not 100% sure on that. Either product basicly solvent welds the pieces together. Be careful with it though. it will leave a nasty mark if you get it where you don't want it.
