As long as the floor joists are running perpendicular to the wall there will be no problem. 

If not - it depends.  And I dont have the experience to give that advice.

I have a question regarding a fish tank setup. I have a 125gal setup right now that I want to replace.I found a 160 gal setup for a good price. Can I replace the 125gal with a 160 gal on the first floor of my living room. I have the setup placed against a wall. Will the additonal 35gals weight effect the floor in any way? Will my floor be able to support a 160gal setup?
