lmao i'm sure know how to wipe now ...
Also ever 6 months or so you need to take the sleeve out and wipe it down. It will build up bio film that with keep all of the uv from getting to the water flow
hmmmmm, practice for Kali on how to wipe since he has the newborn

on their website it Recommended flow of 1200gph( what will kill with that fast flow though?? lol ) so i just get 247gph ..thinking that way will be more effetiveI have never used a UV sterilizer but that sounds like a lot flow for one of these. Maybe I'm wrong....
Dave you have one... does the flow rate sound a little high or is it just me?

Alright according to the chart you have the 25W model. Max tank size is a 125Gal, Max flow rate for algae and bacteria control is 1200GPH, Max flow rate for Protazoa control is 400 gph.
Basically I was wrong that 200+ gph was not too much flow. Actually it will kill just about everything floating in your tank water except the fish.

shawn you were not out in left feild - 25watts is up there I have seen quite a few 9 - 15watt uv set up and then the flow rate is much slower.

We were watching the guppy's go for tons, and the cichlids couldn't be given away!
