I have the crs60 I think...down sides are they you have to hook them up to a air pump or power head to keep bubbles from building up. You also have to keep the fitting clean other wise it build up with gunk and you can get the air out.
If I have to replace the overflow I would not get a this brand agian

cpr overflows? was created by codenameziggie
I decided to go with the hang on the back type overflow rather then dill my tank after some help and insight on the matter from the other members of this site, and thanks again for the advice, so i have got a hold of two types of overflows, one is a diy overflow that seems very well thought out was bought by someone that bought it from a gcca swap meet, and just yesterday i got a cpr cs90 two fluval 303 with all the hoses and new media a gen-x mk4 external pump, and a box of goodies linelock, bulkheads and such for 75bucks I thought I got a good deal? anyway what would be the better of the two overflows ive heard the horror stories online with the cpr's does anyone have any experience with these overflows and the model cs90 says it has a gph of 600 i read its ok for up to a 125gal tank and thats what it would be used on. thanks
