I just had a guy call about the auction and wanting any info on sealing a large tank, 600 gal plus. He's housing freashwater stingrays. He will be at the auction Sunday, can I point him in one of your directions for advise when he get there. Not sure everybodys calling card is here but if you can see me at the auction I would appreaite it
Thanks Don Weger

Don't stick that in the fish tank!

I have used the GE 1 to put rocks on pots, Replace the bottom glass in a tank and to separate a tank into 2 parts. I would say it's good, and it's 2.99 at the Rural King!

Will be using a couple of tubes to do a few retreads (new frames) on like 3 tanks this summer.

I use the GE I for windows and doors. You just have to make sure it doesn't have the antibacterial additive that most bathroom sealants do.

The irony of this thread is that I just used some to glue a bunch of marble to my tank. It does say "100% silicone rubber"... smells like it too.

I use the GE 1 Window and Door. It's a little cheaper than the "Aquarium hobby silicone" and works just as well if not better.
