Breeders are in RO water pH around 5.5 to 6. Fry is in regular Chicago water.
You can keep them in regular water, but if you want to breed them, you need soft water with low pH otherwise eggs won't hatch.
So I say to her……There is plenty of stuff at the house for the baby to eat!!!! I REALLY need this fish……
