Oh, one more thing-- his 1-year-old daughter was conceived at the 2006 ACA Convention in Chicago!

How'd they get a clay pot that big in their hotel room or did they do it like africans on a big rock!

I was thinkin since it's in the old world section maybe mouth brooding?

I only have a few that turned out because I brought my Casio Exilim (tiny size for travel) and not my Nikon D50.

I'll try to post them later in the week.

I was in Montreal today (hey, they speak French!) and will be out until Friday.

Hey, maybe I can upload a picture of my car, too!

(there's a tongue in cheek right back at you, Mike)

Please upgrade to Rick 2.0.  The internal filter has been upgraded.

Skip the part about "open mouth, insert foot"

Seriously though, shouldn't some things just not be shared?  Talk about content inappropriate for a forum?

While traveling for work last week, I was able to have dinner with Rich Birely, President of the Sacramento Aquarium Society and a huge cichlid fan.

He lives in the hills about 30 miles outside Sacramento, and WOW what a fish house . . .

He has 40' by 50' fish house!  He has 90 tanks, including a 4000 gallon indoor pond filled with giant Malawians and Tangs:

- Ever see a group of 14" Fosso's?
- Two kinds of Bathybates over a foot long?
- Boulengerochroms microlepsis at 16"? (kings of the pond)
- A 13" Nimbochromis linni?

He was hand-feeding the Fossos!

He also has bred and gotten fry from L. nigriventris, a fish that has confounded just about everybody in GCCA.

We have to get him to our next Classic. He has several talks he can do.

Oh, one more thing-- his 1-year-old daughter was conceived at the 2006 ACA Convention in Chicago!
