most likely will be a mistake, remember that the holding female hasn't eaten in awhile and when she spits she most likely will be looking for a large snack which would be the other fry and once she starts she most likely would continue onto her own fry leaving you with nothin but a bunch of waste on the bottom of the tank and a very well fed female as well

I have a trio of Tangerine Tigers that I was planning on listing in the Classifieds but haven't gotten around to it because I had several things going on at the same time (including a couple of lumbar epidurals within the last couple of weeks) and I just didn't have the desire or the time.  Well, because didn't get around to it I now have .75" fry from one of the females in a 20 gal and the other female is holding.  I'm going to pull her and place her in another 20 gal, but I was just wondering if she could be placed with the fry from the other female or would this be a mistake?  I'm thinking this might not be a good idea but I'd like to know for sure.  Mike
