Ted Judy had a table with Jeff.

And my dad (Jerry) and Ken King was with him, and my wife Kerri, and Carl (angelfish guy in the Milwaukee club).  We had 6 tables, Ted and I (and my wife had 5 of them with our stuff.) Jerry and Carl split the last one and Ken was along to see what a GCCA swap is all about.

No frontosa at any of our tables this time though.

Too many fish?  Never.  Not enough tanks?  Always!

My fish list...

The only guys I remember from Milwaukee that had tables, were Jeff and Jerry Michaels (Jerry shared a table with another guy from Milwaukee who's name escapes me) and Eric Rogne. If any of them said the fish were wild, I'd trust them. But I don't remember seeing the Ks, then again, with most Africans, I'm out of my element.

I'm 90% sure this guy that bought WC Kapampa, were not Kapampa at all.  So I didn't deal with him.  I'm no dummy when it comes to this stuff, but others who don't know better, may buy, and not get what they are paying for, and that is just wrong!

Hello Bearfan, I donated to your daughters charity walk on Cyhos.com.  I would be very suspicuous with 4-5 inch Kapmapas sold as Wild caught.  They have not been shipping them out for a long time.  If they are wild the male should be much larger than 5"  I have a wild group of Kapampas and the males is easily 9".  I also have 10 f1 Kampampas at 4-6"  Check out his resource before you buy.  I was disappointed to see about a month ago there was 10 or 9 wild Kitumbas sold here that did not look anything like a Zaire in the picture.  His listing said something like "the picture shows it all."  It was off the classified in a few days.  I was going to email to get more pics to verify if they were Zaire.  I was hoping that I was wrong, but after the ad was off the classified, I find out that a fish guy here locally bought them.  I have been asking him for pics of his fish that he bought but he says his friend has them. I just hate people rippin other people off.  I hope I am wrong with the Kitumba issue, cause I will be the first to apologize.

Exactly!  I'm not losing my colony for a guy who says he has WC and can't prove any of it.  He can't even tell me for sure he has Kapampa.  That's why I need to find out who he bought them from.

I was looking at the vendor list an no one was saying they had WC Kapampa.  I did see someone with Kigoma.  Who was there?  Who is this mystery man from Milwaukee with alleged WC Kapampa?  Did anyone see these fish?  They were 4-5 inches?  I need some type of verification before I can complete a deal.  So far, I have nothing.

Does anyone know the name of the guy who was selling WC Kapampas at the Swap yesterday.  He was from Milwaukee, and sold a guy seven WC Kapampa in the 4-5 inch range.  I'm trying to verify they are WC and Kapampa.  Someone please help.

Thanks, Brian
