I'd have bought the pair even if they hadn't said they were wild caught to be honest. I paid more than 10 for the pair but i've been looking for shell dwellers for 3 months now on here with no luck and paid less than I would to have bought a pair and had it shipped here from somewhere else. They are two real nice fish =)

Also, I have a few fish I picked up of yours I believe at the auction in November that are great! I can't remember which species but recognized your name from the blog about you and remember them being on the bags I purchased!

We brought home 3 half dollar sized angels, not sure what to call them.

Also brought home a 3" Male Ruby Red, 2 Ice Blue zebras or Metriaclima greshakei's. Ive only seen them slightly color up a few times. They have both stayed pretty grey in color.

Brought home 6 Demasoni's at about 1/2" in length, also brought home 2 albino bristle nose pleco's and 2 brown bristle nose plecos.

Bought a few different plants also.

Wild caught I would be very careful a lot of venders are selling wild that I would bet most are farm raised from wild stock, I ve lost respect and enough money from such venders, I can say 100 percent the wild fish I have are wild since I caught them, sorry for the derail hope the swap was enjoyable for all that attended....

I'll bet ya Wilpir is correct. Sadly, there are people who will make their fish out to be something they're not. I know of one guy that I wouldn't buy anything from.

Oh, and by the way.......W/C, F1, F2........doesn't matter. A nice fish is a nice fish. I have 2 male Burundi Frontosa that are probably F25! Both stunners, one a show winner to boot. Don't get caught up paying more because of a label.

Negative Karma for rule enforcement is a badge of honor :)

I hope you are wrong! but I'd probably still have bought them even if they hadn't listed them as w/c.

Was my first time going to a GCCA Swap as well. I'd been to the November auction and picked up quite a bit but this was the first swap. I was surprised how busy it was! It looked very successful. I arrived at about 10:20 and there was a line of about 50 people and the place was packed! A lot of great prices and great fish. I was really happy that I preordered the two main items I was looking for because fish were flying off the tables fast!

I picked up a pair of w/c Lamp Brevis, 4 Telmatochromis Vittatus, and 5 Greshakei in which I am very happy with all of the fish!

Thanks to all the people who help setup the swap and the vendors!
