I left at 1130 and i picked up my stuff around 1115.  You gotta look, or get a phone number, when you are picking up fish.

Hey Walter (ReptileJK)
How those pike doing you picked up from Pete?
What else did you get anyway? So many they filled up the styro.
All I saw were the whites(the dirty undies).

"Arright, Dude....hand me the ringer, chop-chop."

Yeah...the pikes are doing great.  Put 'em in a 20 g with the smallish choclate cichlids that I also picked up at the auction.  Also picked up a V. fenestrata and a trio of VC-10s.

He came into the auction for about an hour before he left. He was in back talking with me and rick and a few other people.

Durkin didnt come in the auction. i found him by asking rick perez if h seen him and he took me to him outside and around the corner. i felt like a crack addict buying fish in the corner of the hallway. i picked up some corie from him.

He was a little late in arriving (11am-11:30am?).  I know that people got some great deals on his stuff that was not picked up.

Pete coming to GCCA events is a treat.

I've been going to the auctions since 1977? don't know if it was same group (held at a Hotel by Ohare)..I've always enjoyed them!!! I've always came home with to many fish but always found room!!No complaints here , brought a rookie with me ...he bought some fish to fill his 55 he could not believe the prices..way cheap!!!! I think I got him to the dark side and made his wife a fish widow just like mine!!Thanx again keep up the good work and maybe I'll join now that kids are older and I have more time. And 13 tanks of cichlids..Wilpir :-[ :) :) :)
