Freezer bag and then put the food in the freezer.

Too many fish?  Never.  Not enough tanks?  Always!

I make up a batch for the month in a tupperware/gladware container and just vacuum seal the unused portion for later.

I am not sure on shelf life. but vacuum sealing seems to lengthen that time greatly.

Your expertise please?

How long can dry flake NLS food be held or will it be viable forever?
Any special storage tips?

(Clarification: Large container, great price, not a giant user.)
